A fountain of knowledge, Corey attended the University of Bedfordshire where he studied a Bachelor in Science (BSc Hons) ‘Health, Nutrition & Exercise.’ When our clients need dietary help, he’s their man and is always on hand to give the best, honest advice and dispel many common myths! Corey likes to live a healthy, well balanced, active lifestyle. When not at work he loves travelling as much as possible, cooking, and open-water swimming!
It is at the tender age of 17 that he met Sacha when they were both playing professional Rugby for the Bedford Blues…..fast forward 13 years and they are the main men of SHIFT armed with a loyal, long-standing client base who continue to achieve amazing results. Corey’s coaching style is……nurturing and educational! Corey treats everyone as the individual they are so whether they are new to training or someone that has more experience but may have the odd niggle or injury, he will always work with clients to ensure they are performing movements at their best, feeling confident whilst doing so and understanding why or how each exercise will benefit them in day to day life.

Kimberley is our Client Success Manager and is always working hard behind the scenes to ensure all our members and new triallists are happy and thriving!
With a background in Sales and Service, Kimberley is a hit with our members and goes above and beyond to ensure their experience with us is enjoyable and rewarding.
Kimberley is often our new members first point of contact and uses her past experiences and struggles to help others achieve success whilst feeling extremely supported and valued.
In her spare time she runs around after her 2 little girls, regularly has her head under a bonnet, loves listening to music, attending concerts and is regularly seen working up a sweat alongside our members in the Small Group PT sessions!! She understands all too well that training in a new environment, with new people can be intimidating or worrying for some and is passionate about providing a welcome and nurturing environment at all times.
Ali brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge that will see you all reaping huge benefits when in his care and his passion and expertise lies in strength, conditioning and rehabilitation. His coaching is of the highest quality, his attention to detail – second to none and our members know they’re in the greatest of hands!
Ali attended the University of Hertfordshire where he studied Sport and Exercise Science before moving on to Middlesex University where he gained a masters degree in strength and conditioning. Since then, Ali has gained extensive experience as a coach both in professional football and in commercial gyms. Ali is all about the technique! He loves working with members to develop their technique and improve their performance. But most importantly, he loves to create an atmosphere where people are motivated to work hard and love to work hard to get results!
Sport has always been a huge part of Ali’s life. He has a background in swimming, having competed nationally himself whilst also coaching others to reach the same level. Outside of work, Ali enjoys playing golf and spending time with his little girl!
Cameron brings manners and motivation in abundance!
Cameron has been involved in the fitness industry from the age of 16 and has always had a huge passion helping people, In the last 5 years Cameron has dedicated himself to improving his knowledge of the human body and fitness with many, many hours of shadowing, coaching and learning from other fitness professionals in the industry through various courses/qualifications and he loves putting his money where his mouth is and getting involved in a class or two as he likes to lead by example.
Cameron believes everyone is capable of achieving any goals they set themselves as long as they have 3 simple things…. Motivation, dedication and discipline.
Cameron’s life outside of SHIFT consists of training to keep himself sane and spending as much time as possible with his daughter making some special memories.
