Middle age is often a time when you can feel like everyday tasks have become more of a struggle, where you feel less confident when you look in the mirror but that doesn’t have to be the case moving forward. Now is the perfect time to take control and invest in you and your health.
Does it matter if I don't have much experience in the gym?
Not at all, we treat everyone as an individiual and age, ability and experience are just a few of the things we take into account when creating a programme. Functional fitness is our focus, so we will be working on improving your strength, mobility and fitness at a pace comfortable to you.
Every exercise can be regressed and progressed according to your capabilities and of course you will be supported by our world class coaching team every step of the way, you are in the best hands!
