Training as part of a small group is a dynamic and fun experience that also allows high-quality, personalised coaching. The gym floor is a great leveler and a place to work alongside like-minded individuals in a fun and progressive environment.

Expert Coaching

You will work with a dedicated coach within our detailed progression and regress framework to personalise the session to your needs and abilities.

Cost-Effectiveness

You will receive the same quality coaching and attention as a 1-2-1 session but have a much more complete and cost-effective experience with access to a higher frequency of coaching and modalities of training. 

Flexible

We run over 90 small group sessions per week and we put the power in your hands via the SHIFT app. Simply book the session that suits your timetable to find a route that suits you. 

Community

The gym floor is a great leveler. We pride ourselves on providing an all-inclusive service for people of all abilities. Our goal is to help as many people as possible take ownership & develop a passion for their own health & fitness.

PERFORM

Designed to help you develop the skill of weight training, move better and develop a base level of strength. Our perform sessions are part of a wider long-term plan to progressively help you get stronger and increase your ability to “perform” in and out of the gym. Every exercise can be regressed and progressed according to your capabilities and of course, you will be supported by our world-class coaching team every step of the way, you are in the best hands!

MOVE
Our Move sessions see us increase the group size slightly and are designed to compliment your Perform session to give you the complete training package. We have various MOVE sessions available to cater to all abilities and training modalities. We cover aerobic conditioning, anaerobic conditioning, energy system training, and Yoga. We provide an option for all abilities.
SWEAT

A longer, more sustained aerobic effort, Expect high energy, great music and an opportunity to increase your aerobic conditioning and achieve a high calorie burn. 

ENGINE

Our intermediate to advanced conditioning class. Expect more aggressive interval training combined with functional movements. 

TEAM

Join us every Saturday for our community session where the whole club will train together to increase aerobic conditioning and achieve a huge calorie burn.
