Training as part of a small group is a dynamic and fun experience that also allows high-quality, personalised coaching. The gym floor is a great leveller and a place to work alongside like-minded individuals in a fun and progressive environment.
WHY SMALL GROUP?
You will work with a dedicated coach within our detailed progression and regression framework to personalise the session to your needs and abilities.
You will receive the same quality coaching and attention as a 1-2-1 session but have a much more complete and cost-effective experience with access to a higher frequency of coaching and modalities of training.
We run over 90 small group sessions per week and we put the power in your hands via the SHIFT app. Simply book the session that suits your timetable to find a route that suits you.
The gym floor is a great leveller. We pride ourselves on providing an all-inclusive service for people of all abilities. Our goal is to help as many people as possible take ownership & develop a passion for their own health & fitness.

A coach will take you through an evaluation session to better understand your goals and give the green light to training safely.
Learn how to PERFORM better! You will receive Twelve Small Group Personal Training Sessions (PERFORM) all following our unique centralised programming model designed to cater for all abilities from beginner to advanced.
Increase your fitness with unlimited access to our signature MOVE sessions. Move gives you the opportunity to top up your training days, maximising your results.
You’ll have access to nutritional advice and resources including our recipe books, ensuring you have all the tools needed to achieve your goals
You’ll have every tool you need to achieve real results, none more so than our people; both the coaches and other members take genuine care in helping and supporting others, every step of the way
Designed to help you develop the skill of weight training, move better and develop a base level of strength. Our Perform sessions are part of a wider long-term plan to progressively help you get stronger and increase your ability to “perform” in and out of the gym. Every exercise can be regressed and progressed according to your capabilities and of course, you will be supported by our world-class coaching team every step of the way, you are in the best hands!
Our MOVE sessions see us increase the group size slightly and are designed to compliment your Perform session to give you the complete training package. We have various MOVE sessions available to cater to all abilities and training modalities. We cover aerobic conditioning, anaerobic conditioning and energy systems training. We provide an option for all abilities.
Finish your training week with a lovely yoga class on Sunday’s at SHIFT. A chance to unwind, stretch out the body and prepare for the next training week.
